Where is your favorite place in town to eat, and what do you get there?
My favorite restaurant is Bamboo Sushi in Portland, I love the Green Machine, you can’t go wrong!

Who is your hero, and why?
One of my heroes is Darren Hardy, he is a personal development author, success mentor, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur. After reading his book “The Compound Effect” I found the principles and ideas laid out to be extremely effective, inspiring, and applicable. Consistency really is key and I’ll always be thankful for his positive influence on my life through books and audio tapes.

What draws you to the lending industry?
The absolute best thing about this industry is the ability to guide homebuyers through one of the most exciting times of their lives. It is one of the most important investments people make financially and knowing I’m offering the best rate and/or paying the most closing costs possible is extremely rewarding for me. I’m passionate about adding as much value to other people’s lives as possible and this is a huge reason I love this job as much as I do.

What does your dream Saturday look like?
My dream Saturday begins with waking up just in time to jump into a Sports Car and head to the World of Speed for Cars & Coffee. Around 10am then I would stop by one of the many incredible brunch spots the Portland Metro Area has to offer. Followed by a quick hike with my 2 dogs in Forest Park, leaving enough time to make to the Helvetia. I live in Northwest Portland and I’d love to finish the night off with live music at one of the many great places along 23rd avenue.
